The terms listed below represent the same meanings and interpretations when they appear on BoxMyOrder’s website.

Account: refers to the account legally registered through Boxmyorder.com.

Website: Boxmyorder.com, as the official website of Bitbig Network Private Limited.

Customer Information: the information needed to register on BoxMyOrder , browse BoxMyOrder ’s website or use BoxMyOrder Services, and the data generated during such processes.

Usage Data: the data automatically collected when browsing the website or generated while using the service

Service: all kinds of service provided by Bitbig Network Private Limited.

Service Provider: a third-party company or individual providing services on behalf of BoxMyOrder Company.

Third Party Service Provider: any natural person, legal person, or unincorporated organization other than Bitbig Network Private Limited Company that provides services or software or sells goods.

Partner: Carriers (such as Shiprocket, ECOM, Delhivery), third-party payment processors (Razorpay, GPay, PayPal, etc.)

Essential Information: certain information is required for our service. If you choose to not provide it, our service provided to you will be affected.

Non-essential Information: information you give us. You can choose not to provide such information as our service provided to you will not be affected.

Legal Statement

You confirm that your personal information provided to BoxMyOrder or collected by BoxMyOrder with your authorization must be authentic, correct, complete, legal and effective, and should be updated in time for any alteration of such information. You acknowledge that BoxMyOrder has the right to verify the authenticity of your personal information via a credit institution or a linked bank account. You should be responsible for relevant liabilities and consequences for providing illegal, inauthentic, incorrect, or incomplete personal information and you agree that BoxMyOrder has the right to stop providing service for you in such cases.

Unless otherwise specified, all products, technologies, programs, software, and data of BoxMyOrder , relevant domains, symbols, names, and other information involving relevant intellectual rights of BoxMyOrder are the properties of BoxMyOrder and its associates. Unless authorized by BoxMyOrder , anyone has no rights to surveil, copy, broadcast, display, or download such properties via robot or spider program for unauthorized use of his own or any other individual or party.

You shall be liable for all contents uploaded by yourself, including but not limited to reviews, used items, texts, pictures, videos, etc. Such content is delivered by BoxMyOrder for sharing purposes, which doesn’t mean that BoxMyOrder agrees with it or has verified the authenticity of it.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Cookies

If you leave a comment on our website, you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

What Information Does BoxMyOrder Collect?

1.    Certain information is required for our service. We collect 6 types of Essential Information including:

1.      Identification information, such as your name, address, and phone numbers.

2.      Payment information using trusted Gateway partner like Razorpay & GooglePay business.

3.      Your location information.

4.      Name, addresses, and phone numbers listed in your Addresses.

5.      Comments and emails to us.

6.      Personal description and photograph in your profile.

2.   Non-essential Information, including the information you give us, information that you choose not to provide, automatic information, and information from other sources. Such information is not mandatory but can help us to improve our services and develop products. You can choose not to provide such information as our service provided to you will not be affected.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Characteristic service

For any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, return it to us in its original condition within 7 days from the date of delivery. We will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item.

If the return is due to a mistake we have made, we will gladly refund the delivery charges.

If the item is either faulty or damaged, please contact our Returns team, who will arrange for a replacement or refund.

Before returning goods, please contact us first to discuss the issues you are having ，We advise you to submit a support ticket to get help.

And here’s all we ask. Returned items must be unaltered, in initial packaging, and must include the original invoice. It’s that easy! Just remember to keep your invoices and store your items in their original packaging.

If you are not satisfied with our response, especially when your legitimate interest is harmed due to our use of your personal information, you can contact our customer service for a settlement through amicable negotiation, and you reserve the right to file a lawsuit in a court.

Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) Protection Policy

1. Overview

BoxMyOrder (“BMO”) respects the intellectual property rights (IPR) of others, and we expect our users to honor the same.   BMO takes a serious stance in dealing with intellectual property infringement claims on our websites at www.boxmyorder.com(Collectively referred to as “Site”).  We also rely on the cooperation of intellectual property rights owners.

2. Intellectual Property Right (“IPR”) Protection

Listings of counterfeits, replicas, or other unauthorized items are prohibited on the Site strictly. 
Listings of offers to sell or purchase counterfeits, replicas, or other unauthorized items shall be subject to removal by BoxMyOrder.

3. Repeat violations of our IPR policy may result in a range of actions, including without limitation to:

– Removal of listings
– Posting restrictions
– Account suspension 
– Termination of membership service agreement

BoxMyOrder has the full discretion to take any enforcement action anytime for certain extreme/conspicuous situations, such as but not limited to where litigation has already been initiated by the intellectual property rights holder.

4. Infringement Claims

All intellectual property infringement claims shall be made under penalty of perjury. Intellectual property right holders further agree to indemnify and hold BoxMyOrder harmless from all claims, causes of action, damages, and judgments arising out of any removal of product listings pursuant to intellectual property infringement claims. 

As a neutral e-commerce platform, BoxMyOrder does not adjudge conflicting intellectual property infringement claims. Any action taken by BoxMyOrder shall not be construed as any endorsement of any intellectual property infringement claim. All conflicting intellectual property infringement claims shall be resolved by the relevant conflicting parties separately from BoxMyOrder and the Site. 

Members subject to intellectual property infringement claims may submit counter-notifications to dispute the corresponding claims. Intellectual property right holders will be notified if and when any counter-notifications are filed and may accept or reject such counter-notifications. Sup reserves the right to reinstate any listing subject to intellectual property infringement claims at our discretion.
