Domestic Shipping :
We offer shipping anywhere in India. We take utmost care in shipping your products. But to make all procedures smooth and easy please allow us 1-3 working days for your order to be dispatched that is subject to extension if material is not in stock. we aim to provide card security checks are complete, the payment received and stock availability is confirmed. In case of any product is out of stock/QC(Quality Check) Failed during the packing the amount of the product, then amount will be refunded to the customer. Orders Received during Holidays are dispatched the following working day. During busy times, such as holiday periods, there could be a long processing time and shipping delays and subject to extension of the quoted delivery time so please bear with us. If in case your address PIN code is accessible only through India Speed post, you must include it in Order Notes so that we will ship through it. Rural domestic addresses require one or more additional days to deliver.
There is a no minimum order value for placing an order with Boxmyorder.com and we collect Rs.50 per kg for Orders inside Delhi, New Delhi NCR for Other states (for servicable area) shipping charge may vary as quoted by the Courier Partner
Shipping charge will be collected after packing the Order (i.e once payment is paid the order will be processed after processing it will be packed).
Boxmyorder uses all leading courier companies for the shipment of your products and generally, the time taken to deliver any product anywhere in India is estimated as 1 day to 4 days. However, if the product order is bulk the parcel will be shipped by surface (by road) which would take 7 -15 days to reach until requested by the customer for urgent delivery or by air. But if there is any unseen or unexpected problem then the parcel either shipped by air or by surface might be delayed. Unexpected problems could be anything like :
# Unable to reach the customer.
# Customer’s phone number not working/ not reachable.
# Any kind of strike in the city or in a courier company.
# Any natural calamities like earthquakes, floods, drought etc.
#Any Transportation delay from our manufacturing unit or vendors
# Any raid by any government department.
# Any kind of mishappening during transit.

Cancellation of Order
In case we receive a cancellation e-mail and till that time the order has already been “processed” by us, the order cannot be cancelled. Boxmyorder has the complete right to decide whether an order should be cancelled or not. Also, the customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Boxmyorder and accept Boxmyorder’s decision regarding the cancellation.
Request for cancellations of orders once placed on bkhenterprises.in shall not be entertained. If at all we have to accept any cancellation there would be a charge of 5% of total amount (excluding shipping /packing amount or either both) of the order as restocking fees. However, after placing an order, the customer can only cancel the order if the order state is showing as “pending” under Order History. Cancellations have to be made within (maximum) 12 Hours of placing an order. For cancelling your order, you will have to get in touch with our Customer Support Team by sending an email giving your Order Number
